SHIPPING

Courier deliveries within the UAE are free of charge above 250 AED.  For purchases under 250 AED we charge a 25 AED delivery fee. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your purchase from The Sustainable City Dubai. 

We deliver across the UAE in 2-3 business days. We will always try to have your order with you as soon as possible. If your order is urgent we advise you to contact us first. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or late deliveries.

Please make sure to use a valid UAE shipping address. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you choose the option to collect, you will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

We are currently not registered in the UAE for tax and therefore do not charge our customers any tax on their purchases. Should this change in future we will be sure to update our customers of this.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

All Indie June products are handmade in the UAE, making each one a little unique. There may be slight variances among pieces, such as size and color. Please always follow the care instructions specific to your purchase.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange or replace the item. Please notify us via email and return the faulty or damaged item(s) to us within 7 days after receiving your order. Return postage is not included.

If instead you wish to receive a refund, please notify us within 7 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
